KT is a full property management service providing tenant placement, maintenance, rent collections, evictions and more! We currently manage 683 units (73 are KT owned, the remainder are investor/owner managed). We manage all of Rock County, Walworth County, Green County and portion of Jefferson County.
1. We charge between 6-10% of the monthly rent. The more units/doors you have the lower your %.
2. $250 one-time set up fee.
3. and $600 tenant placement fee.
We do have some optional services such as bill pay fee (paying your mortgage, insurance, utilities etc), and optional rodent/pest spray and gutter/downspout cleaning spring & fall services.
Its easy peasy! Simply click the red "GET STARTED" button or send us an email with your rental property address, your name and any additional comments. We will then reply back with a watermarked pdf of the management agreement for your review. Take some notes and give us a call with any questions. Once you're ready to sign we will then email the final agreement electronic signature via docusign.
